A bit about me
I have always been passionate about the life around us, about connection with the world, with health, with happiness & with love.
I have been very fortunate in my life to have many wonderful experiences. I have met many fabulous teachers along the way in the form of friends, family, the strangers I connect with and not least the animals I care for.
I live on the welsh boarder among the rolling hills of Herefordshire on a tiny small holding with my little family and many animals.
Our daily life is influenced by the natural beauty that surrounds us. We celebrate the seasons and work with the land.
My work is linked to the elements and my shop is an outlet for my passions.
